Columbine Village at Arvada is an existing 60 unit apartment development for independent seniors 55 years of age and older. The project was developed to provide affordable housing to low and moderate income seniors.
The project was designed to give the residents a feel of community by providing common spaces throughout the building, including a common area kitchen, community rooms, exercise area and beauty salon.
