Columbine Village on Allison is an existing 184 unit campus for independent seniors 55 years of age and older. The entire campus is priced to be affordable for seniors with low to moderate incomes. The campus is designed to have a community feeling with a central courtyard, sidewalks and landscaped areas connecting all four buildings.

All buildings are fully self-sufficient with each providing services and amenities including: community kitchen, exercise area with equipment, community laundry and organized gathering areas. The entire campus is totally secure with coded entry doors and on-site personnel.
